What Does This Mean?

To care enough to put our families first

To care enough to attend meetings, training, and maintenance, to serve others that we may be of service to them.

To care to respect all no matter what our differences

To care for our fellow firefighters to encourage them to respect them

To care and show our fellow firefighters we have their back. 

To care to show up because if not us...Who?

To care to pass on our skills, and knowledge so others may benefit

To care about the image I present when representing the department.
